Role: Team Lead - Corporate Liabilities

Location: Kolkata

Role Purpose:

The Team Lead - Corporate Liabilities is responsible for driving the growth of the Bank's corporate liability business by acquiring and managing corporate relationships. The role focuses on expanding the CASA and deposit portfolio, leading a sales team, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and manage corporate liability relationships, including Current Accounts and Term Deposits.

- Drive CASA growth and achieve portfolio, revenue, and deposit targets.

- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the corporate liabilities team.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities for Transaction Banking and other corporate banking products.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and Bank policies.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- Professional banking certifications will be an added advantage.
