Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage mid-to-large corporates with substantial forex exposure (- 50 Cr.+).
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and wallet share across Forex, Commodities, and related investment products.
- Develop and execute customized hedging strategies aligned with client treasury goals.
- Build deep-rooted relationships with corporates, CFOs, promoters, trade bodies, and referral networks.
- Ensure seamless bank transaction execution, pricing negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Actively contribute to market research, strategy formulation, and client education initiatives.
- Team Management: Leading, motivating, and guiding a team of forex traders.
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective forex trading strategies.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identifying and acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with existing ones.
- Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through forex trading activities.
- Market Analysis: Staying abreast of market trends and providing insightful guidance on forex products.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and managing risk effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong Understanding of Forex Markets: Deep knowledge of FX markets, instruments, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Client Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
