- Long-Term Relationship Governance: Institutionalize a rigorous review mechanism, providing clients with regular market updates and performance reports to ensure high retention and trust.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Enforce strict adherence to regulatory (SEBI/NSE/BSE), risk, and internal governance frameworks across all team activities.

- Market Intelligence & Networking: Leverage advanced networking skills to stay ahead of competitor offerings and identify new market segments for HNI acquisition.

- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex client queries or operational bottlenecks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Technical Requirements:

- Asset Class Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of Direct Equity (Advisory), Alternate Investment Funds, and the mechanics of Portfolio Management Services.

- Financial Planning & Analytics: Ability to conduct deep-dive portfolio analysis and use financial modeling to project long-term investment outcomes for clients.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Proficiency in using CRM tools to monitor team productivity, acquisition funnels, and AUM conversion ratios.

- Regulatory Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of compliance norms regarding HNI onboarding, KYC/AML, and investment advisory disclosures.

Core Leadership Competencies:

- Leading from the Front: A hands-on leader who sets the benchmark for the team through personal sales success and professional integrity.

- Networking Mastery: Exceptional ability to build and leverage high-level professional circles to generate a consistent flow of UHNI leads.

- Self-Motivated Execution: Capability to operate autonomously in a high-pressure, target-driven environment to meet regional growth objectives.

- Effective Team Management: Proven skill in coaching, motivating, and retaining high-potential advisory talent.

- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complex market fluctuations and tailor investment strategies that protect and grow client wealth
