We're seeking an experienced Team Lead - BI & Analytics to drive data storytelling, advanced analytics, and strategic decision-making.

This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & mentor a high-performing analytics team.

- Oversee complex analytical projects & BI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).

- Drive data storytelling through impactful reports & visualizations.

- Ensure documentation quality, process optimization & governance.

- Engage with stakeholders & clients as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in BI/Analytics, 1+ year in leadership.

- Strong SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI expertise.

- Exceptional communication, documentation & stakeholder management.

- Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field.
