- Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

- Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies.

- Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example) Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment.

- Ready to go live on a Video Call with parents.

What is this role about?

Key responsibilities and metrics include:

- Setting goals: Identifying sales goals and setting targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts.

- Creating plans: Developing sales plans and monthly forecasting reports to track progress.

- Building the team: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople.

- Providing guidance: Training and mentoring sales representatives, and providing on-the-ground support.

- Motivating the team: Coaching and developing the sales force to ensure high professional standards are met.

- Analyzing data: Using sales data to make important decisions.

- Managing accounts: Assigning sales territories and generating leads to divide among sales representatives.

- Running reports: Completing sales reports and other administrative work.
