Team Lead AVP Collection Strategy and Analytics Cards and Unsecured loans with a leading Pvt Bank

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Lead to manage and oversee our Credit Cards & Unsecured Loans portfolio with a specific focus on managing Collection Strategy for Pan India. This role involves close collaboration with the Credit team, Business Units (BUs), and the OPS team to drive operational excellence and ensure better control over key business parameters such as Non-Standard Portfolio (NSP), collections performance, and Collection Agency Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis:

- Manage and create Collections Dashboard for Teams and Collection Agencies performance

- Automate existing MIS & Dashboard and Create new ones basis requirements

- Identify and track trends, root-cause analysis, inform senior management

- Prepare presentations for senior management.

- Prepare annual budget for loss and cost. Monitor on-going loss and cost against the budget.

Collections Vendor Management:

- Manage payout and invoicing of Collections Vendors.

- Create new Payout Grid and simulate on vendor cost.

- Managing and forecasting vendor cost

- Capacity (resource) planning

- Cost optimization projects

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Credit, Business and OPS teams for portfolio projections.

Performance Management for In-house Team & Collections Vendors:

- Prepare KPI for in-house team and vendors and track performance against targets

- Capacity Plan and implementation

Regulatory & Compliance:

- Ensure all operations within unsecured partnerships comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

- Keep updated with any changes in regulations and adjust business strategies and operations accordingly.

- Prepare, review SOP, Strategy documents

- Support Audit requirements of internal and regulatory auditors

Required Skills & experience:

- Strong experience in managing collections strategy of Credit Cards and unsecured loans

- Advance Excel, SQL and python

- 8-15 years Mandatorly in Banks/NBFC
