Team Lead - Analytics

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will lead analytics initiatives, generate actionable insights, and translate complex business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions. The Analytics Lead will work closely with business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage analytics initiatives, owning end-to-end project delivery

- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and data solutions

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights

- Deliver predictive and descriptive analytics to support strategic decisions

- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance with standards

- Guide, mentor, and review the work of analytics team members

- Promote best practices in analytics, visualization, and data storytelling

Key Skills & Competencies

- 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles

- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques

- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
