Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Advisor PCG Team Lead for a "playing captain" role. The ideal candidate will not only drive personal revenue targets but also lead a team of Wealth Advisors, ensuring both individual and team performance. The candidate must come from the Broking, Securities, or Banking sector and have proven experience in managing HNI/UHNI clients and building high-performing advisory teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual Contributor Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients, offering tailored investment solutions.
- Execute trades and perform order punching across equity, derivatives, and currency segments.
- Provide timely trade confirmations to clients, during and after market hours.
- Deliver daily market updates and portfolio reviews to key clients in real-time.
- Drive cross-selling of wealth products like AIF, PMS, PE funds, Insurance, etc.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through frequent meetings, proactive servicing, and relationship deepening.
Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 45 PCG Advisors (candidates must bring their team along).
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets; ensure delivery on business goals.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members on client acquisition, trading, and relationship building.
- Drive team-level client engagement strategies and ensure consistent client outreach.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development initiatives for the team.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, trading guidelines, and internal processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Broking / Securities / Banking handling PCG, HNI, or UHNI clients.
- Proven experience in Trading & Order Execution across Equity, Derivatives, and Currency markets.
- Strong track record of client acquisition and servicing in the wealth management domain.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a sales/advisory team.
- Excellent understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and market trends.
- Must bring an existing team of 45 members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related domain.
- Relevant NISM certifications are mandatory (Equity Derivatives, Investment Adviser, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
