We are seeking experienced Team Head/Regional Head to join our team. The ideal candidates should have extensive knowledge of financial markets and a broad range of investment products across asset classes. Should ideally have worked as a team head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Develop and manage relationships with ultra-high net-worth individuals (UHNIs).
- Investment Advisory: Analyse client financial needs and risk appetite to provide tailored investment solutions, including Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, Equity, AIF, Real Estate, Life & General Insurance.
- Portfolio Management: Conduct comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation to optimize client portfolios.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve acquisition and revenue targets through strategic financial solutions, attain team profitability and break even.
- Team Building: should be able to build and nurture a team of wealth managers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 to 12 years for Team Head and 15 to 20 years for Regional Head.
- Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of wealth management products and asset classes.
- Taxation Knowledge: Awareness of relevant taxation laws affecting wealth management.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Client Base: Established client relationships are preferred
