
Talent Acquisition Lead Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment strategy and ensure we attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across diverse functions.
This role goes beyond operational hiringit requires a strategic partner who can collaborate with business leaders, influence workforce planning, and drive recruitment excellence in a competitive talent market.
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while also shaping talent strategies, optimizing processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
You will leverage data-driven insights, cutting-edge sourcing techniques, and innovative assessment tools to deliver high-quality hires that align with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Partner with business leadership to define workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and talent strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies for niche, senior, and high-volume roles, ensuring optimal time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence across professional networks, social media, and talent communities.
Recruitment Excellence & Delivery
- Oversee and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and levels, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience.
- Lead sourcing initiatives using advanced recruitment techniques, market mapping, and talent intelligence tools.
- Leverage ATS platforms and assessment tools (e.g., TestGorilla, HackerRank) to streamline hiring workflows, maintain accurate pipelines, and track performance metrics.
- Drive offer negotiations with selected candidates while aligning compensation discussions with market benchmarks and business expectations.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and clients, providing market insights, recruitment analytics, and hiring status updates.
- Influence hiring decisions through consultative talent advisory, ensuring alignment between business needs and candidate capabilities.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor, train, and upskill junior recruiters, instilling best practices and fostering a high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team.
- Champion process improvement initiatives, adopting technology and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Data-Driven Talent Management
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reports for both internal leadership and client presentations.
- Use hiring data to forecast talent needs, identify bottlenecks, and refine sourcing strategies.
Key Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic recruitment role within IT, Consulting, or Managed Services.
Expertise: Proven track record in senior and niche hiring, client coordination, and workforce planning.
Technology Proficiency: Advanced experience with ATS platforms and digital assessment tools.
Market Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging hiring trends, compensation strategies, and competitive intelligence.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to influence, mentor, and inspire recruitment teams.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills, including effective objection handling.
Analytical Capability: Ability to translate recruitment data into actionable strategies
