Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MAD) to lead high-impact projects in this critical area.

The successful candidate will bring 12+ years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to engage at the executive leadership level, manage complex transactions, and drive digital-first strategies.

You will work closely with C-suite executives to deliver successful M&A, acquisition, and divestiture projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage M&A, acquisition, and divestiture projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

- Act as the main point of contact between project teams and executive leadership (VP, SVP, CTO) to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

- Drive strategic planning, risk management, and change management across all phases of M&A and divestiture activities.

- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to executive leadership, showcasing progress, challenges, and outcomes.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that all project milestones are met, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

- Apply an AI-first mindset and digital fluency to integrate innovative technologies and ensure the project aligns with future digital business goals.

- Use tools such as Power BI for data-driven reporting and insights and JIRA for task tracking and project management.

- Lead post-merger integration (PMI) and divestiture-related initiatives, ensuring business continuity and alignment with strategic goals.

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on M&A, acquisitions, or divestitures.

- Proven track record in managing complex M&A or divestiture transactions, from due diligence through to post-transaction integration.

- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like JIRA and experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Exceptional ability to engage with executive leadership (VP, SVP, CTO level) and influence decision-making.

- Excellent presentation and communication skillsability to clearly convey project updates and complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- AI-first mindset with the ability to drive digital transformation in M&A and divestiture processes.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to ensure cross-functional collaboration and successful project delivery
