Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Analytics Sales to lead business growth in the assigned region.
The role involves driving sales of analytics solutions, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and leading a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy and business development for analytics products and solutions in the region.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across industries (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers.
- Understand client business challenges and position analytics solutions (BI, Data Warehousing, AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, etc.) to meet their needs.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and account management.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling solution demonstrations and proposals.
- Track competition and market trends to align business strategies accordingly.
- Manage and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-12 years of sales experience in IT / Analytics / SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, BI, AI/ML, cloud-based analytics platforms, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and CXO-level engagement skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple accounts, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
