Role Overview:The
Tea Export Manager International Business Development will be responsible for expanding our company's presence in international markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of export strategies and contribute directly to increasing our global market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic export plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing international clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international buyers to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor export regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to international trade laws.
- Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to promote our tea products and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in international markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Experience in the tea industry or related agricultural export sector is highly preferred.
