Job Overview.

- Under general supervision, the Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for reporting, analyzing, validating and enriching data held within TE Connectivity's Energy Business Unit's CRM Systems.

- This will enable effective lead routing and qualification, effective audience segmentation for marketing campaigns, and reporting of actionable insights to the marketing function.

Job Responsibilities:

- The role will be the subject matter expert relating to MQLs and the main point of contact with sales teams globally.

- This includes qualification and routing of prospective and existing customers, ensuring they are actioned by sales within established time frames.

- Creating and Maintaining fixed and ad-hoc Reports on campaign performance and other global marketing key performance indicators.

- Acting as an Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) in Marketing and Sales Data for the Energy Business unit.

- Keeping management informed by preparing reports and presentations, interpreting information and making recommendations.

- Creation and regular maintenance of Marketing Segments, Classification and Lists that are utilised in Marketing Campaigns.

- Use both firstand third-party data to continuously validate, verify and enrich customer and account profiles.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Marketing, Business Administration or similar field.

- 3-5 years experience in Marketing.

- Experience with Marketing Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and analytics tools from digital advertising vendors (Sprinklr, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).

- Experience with B2B lead qualification best practices.

- Experience in Data Management (Validation, Verification, Enrichment), Marketing and Sales Segmentation and Classification.

- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency.
