RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Development & Strategy:

- Design and implement a holistic Continuous Improvement framework tailored to the Talent Hub's global operations which enhances the existing foundation

- Define revised TEOA vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals and transformation initiatives

- Ensure that Lean principles, a CI mindset and agility are embedded into the DNA of the Talent Hub to drive performance and cost efficiency.

- The new TEOA Program should also focus on enabling Talent, strengthen capabilities as well as supporting the future readiness of the Talent Hub Organization

- Ensure deployment of the right Lean Tools including Training

- Deployment of LEAN Office / Lean Process capabilities to ensure Transformative roadmap to gain in Productivity in the Hub at expected levels (-20% ? yearly)

- Secure Visibility close to real time on Performance - PIM management

Culture & Capability Building:

- Champion a CI mindset across all functions and teams within the AUT Talent Hub including Integrated Service Excellence & Business Analytics.

- Develop and deliver in collaboration with the TEOA Practitioners and Experts training programs, workshops/Kaizen Events as well as coaching to build strong CI capabilities.

- Establish a rewards & Recognition mechanisms to celebrate CI contributions and successes

Operational Excellence:

- Identify and lead cross-functional E2E improvement projects across the functions in the Hub based on the priorities defined with upper senior leadership.

- Standardize processes and eliminate waste to improve service levels and reduce cost.

- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure local relevance and global consistency

Performance & Governance:

- Monitor TEOA program effectiveness through regular reviews.

- Report progress to senior leadership and adjust strategies based on feedback and data.

- Benchmark against industry best practices to ensure continuous evolution.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- MBA with focus on Supply Chain, Operations or Quality from a Tier-1 Institute (like IIMs/ IITs/ NITs/ Nittie/ SP Jain, etc.)

- 1-5 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Continuous Improvement roles

- Proven experience with Lean principles

- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or similar preferred

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong analytical, facilitation and change management skills

- Experience in global/matrixed environments

- Very deep knowledge on Supply Chain Management Processes

- Strong business acumen

- Strong strategic orientation paired with a passion for hands-on mentality

- Ability to work in an intercultural and international team.

- Willingness to constantly learn also complex processes and scenarios
