About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Senior Consultant / Lead to drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial business processes, Oracle Fusion R13, and Indian GST, with proven experience in managing implementations and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Lead full-cycle implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and Indian GST.
- Conduct business requirement analysis, identify gaps, and prepare detailed solution design documents.
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements and ensure end-to-end functionality.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and customizations.
- Support procure-to-pay and record-to-report cycles with a focus on business process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity across modules and perform reconciliation during migration and cutover phases.
- Develop and review functional design documents (MD50/BRD) for reports, integrations, and extensions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for BPM workflow configurations, OTBI and BI Publisher report development.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions to business users.
- Conduct user training and documentation sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solution.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for project execution and client communication.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization and automation.
Required Skillsets:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications, with at least 3 to 4 full-cycle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expense modules.
- Deep understanding of Indian Taxation and GST in Oracle Fusion.
- Expertise in Fusion R13 with exposure to P2P and O2C cycles.
- Hands-on experience in BPM workflow configuration and OTBI report development from a functional standpoint.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and quick issue resolution.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients, lead discussions, and provide functional expertise.
- Strong knowledge of integration touchpoints between Finance and other modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in post-implementation support, rollouts, and enhancement projects
