Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute TCY's talent acquisition and employer branding strategy.
- Make TCY a preferred destination for top talent through an outstanding candidate experience.
- Create a vibrant, engaging, and fun workplace that fosters collaboration, innovation, and ownership.
- Design transparent career paths, competency frameworks, and succession plans for every role.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, learning, leadership development, and retention initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in technology, product, startup, or EdTech organizations.
- Proven ability to build culture in fast-growing organizations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work directly with founders on organization strategy.
- Build an environment where great people do the best work of their careers.
