Role: Head of AI & Intelligent Systems
Location: Ludhiana (work from office)
Reporting to: Founder
Total Experience: 8 - 12 years
The Role:
We are building a category-defining edtech platform and are now entering a phase where AI will directly drive revenue, conversion, and personalization.
We are looking for a hands-on AI leader who can move fast, ship real systems, and turn AI into a core business advantage - not a side experiment.
What You Will Own (0 - 1 - Scale):
1. Revenue & Conversion Impact:
2. Product Intelligence Layer:
- Upgrade our rule-based assessment engine to an adaptive AI system
Build personalization across:
1. User journeys
2. Content recommendations
3. Test and assessment outputs
3. AI-led Sales & Counseling Automation:
Build AI copilots for:
1. Student counseling
2. Sales follow-ups
3. Query resolution
- Reduce dependency on manual teams
4. Data & ML Infrastructure (Practical, Not Overengineered):
- Design scalable pipelines on existing backend (LAMP stack)
- Build feedback loops for continuous model improvement
- Own model deployment, monitoring, and iteration
What Were Looking For:
- 5-7 years experience in ML/AI with production deployments
Strong hands-on skills in:
1. Machine Learning (classification, prediction, ranking)
2. LLM applications (APIs, fine-tuning, workflows)
- Experience integrating AI into live products
- Ability to work with backend systems (APIs, databases, etc.)
- Strong product thinking and business intuition
- Experience in D2C / Edtech / Marketplace
- Built recommendation or personalization engines
