ROLE &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : - Analyse various web traffic metrics and provide solutions to boost web presence - Keep track our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns - Work with various internal teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize customer experience; Spot trends and identify opportunities for content and marketing teams - Translate key learnings from social media campaigns and convert social listening data into audience insights - Monitoring and evaluating the SEO/SEM strategies &amp; social branding to maximise asset utilization - Managing campaigns and delivering best possible conversion on web portals - Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and other performance metrics to forecast trends - Creating and analysing KPIs on target reach and adapt the engagement tactics as needed to reflect better results in main engagement KPIs; Reporting on social media performance, measuring success against strategic KPIs. - Filter through streams of data, to analyse audience chatter on social platforms EDUCATION : - Global education or work experience would be preferable (but not necessary) EXPERIENCE : - 4+ years- prior work experience in digital marketing analytics - Demonstrable experience with an SEO and SEM strategy SKILLS : - Can demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm to understand their Stakeholder's priorities; listen, understand, question and deliver - Self-starters but also team players ready to help others and contribute to the overall success; - Reliable and responsive, and worked in an environment of "client first" - Strong knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and project management skills
