TBL (Triple Bottom Line) Consultancy Services is a niche start-up focused on providing end-to-end solutions in the space of Corporate and HNWI Philanthropy, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Sustainability. With the leadership that brings experience of more than two decades to the table, we selectively work with clients who are genuine about their triple bottom-line impact and wish to create legacy institutions. As Impact Catalyst, we are looking at on-boarding an impact nerd, who's life mission is to achieve sustainable social change. It is a start-up role, which requires willingness to be a jack of all, while ensuring you master skills across the spectrum. Primary accountability for the role would be : - To develop strategy and implementation plans for our Impact Champions (clients); - To develop initial concept notes, collate information reports, data, budgets and background materials for developing project proposals; - To drive implementation and management of projects and programs; - To design and implement an M&E and impact measurement framework; - To monitor progress of programs and track budget utilisation; - To think outside box and achieve maximum impact on ground! It would be great if you already : - Have worked with Logic Models and Theory of Change frameworks; - Know and understand the CSR and Trust Law; - Have deep rooted understanding of at least one sector in the development space; - Love fooling around with MS Office, MindMaps, etc. The individual in this role would be a go-getter, highly self-disciplined and exploring a high impact career that requires to be mentally sharp and physically active!
