TaxiForSure.com is scouting for Professionals expertise towards Non-IT end-to-end Recruitment process.  Total Exp: 4 - 5 years  Relevant Experience: 3 - 4 years (Non-IT Hiring)  Please Note: Looking for someone who can join is Immediately or max within 15 Days.  Job Description:   - Should be well experienced towards end-to-end Recruitment process towards Non-IT hiring (Supply, Operations, HR, Finance, Public Relation, UI Designer, Marketing, Social Media, Content Management, Strategic hiring etc.)  - Understanding the Job Description & gathering all the information from the Stakeholders for further sourcing process.  - Market research on the particular requirement raised.  - Identifying the Target companies.  - Sourcing Quality resumes from different channels like Employee Referral, Database, Mapping, Job Portal, Social Media site, Networking & Headhunting.  - Closing the position with in the specified SLA (Service Level Agreements).  - Thorough Tele-Screening of the resume with all the details captured before sharing it to the Recruitment Manager for the further process.  - Coordinating the Interview Process for the Shortlisting candidates.  - Salary Negotiation, Offer release process, Follow up.  - Should be creative   Roles & Responsibilities:  - The Recruiter would be reporting to the Recruitment Manager - Corporate & ER.  - Would be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all the Corporate Hiring especially towards Non-IT, but on need basis should be flexible towards any other field recruitment too.  - Adhering to the proper Recruitment Process & Policies set by TaxiForSure Recruitment Team.  - Market Research & Survey on the given requirement  - Identifying the Target companies & mapping those companies to identify the exact resource for the requirement.  - Evaluating the candidate by Screening their resumes.  - Conducting tele-conversation with the candidate to understand the candidate's profile appropriately.  - Sharing tele-evaluated resume with Recruitment Manager with proper Candidate Synopsis.  - Coordinating for further interview process with respective Stakeholders.  - Documentation for further Salary offer.  - Salary Negotiation  - Offer Approval & Offer Release  - Reference Check of the Offered candidate  - Follow-up till the candidate joins & meanwhile keeping the Back-up candidate ready.  - Sharing Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Report to the Reporting Manager.  Required Skills:  - Good Communication  - Excellent Interaction skills  - Ability to understand people & their need.  - Expertise towards MS Office especially towards MS Excel for maintaining the Data & Reports related to Recruitment.  - Stakeholder Interaction experience.  - Well versed with Social Media Recruitment & Employee Referral Recruitment.  If interested, kindly share your updated resume to along with the below basic details.  Total Exp: Non-IT Recruitment Exp: Current CTC/annum: Exp CTC/annum: Lead Time to join TFS: Current Location:  Rajshree TaxiForSure Bangalore
