Role Overview

- The Agile Delivery Manager is a critical, full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur responsible for leading agile execution and ensuring the timely delivery of complex legal compliance solutions within the financial services/taxation domain.

- The incumbent must possess Expertise in Program Management and Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, leveraging strong analytical and leadership skills to drive technical teams and project outcomes.

- This role is central to improving team performance, maintaining transparency, and aligning project delivery with strategic business goals.

Job Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex FinTech solutions (TDS/GST compliance) from our Nagpur center. The role requires strong Program Management skills, Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and Proven capability in Team Management to mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables:

Agile Execution and Process Governance:

- Manage agile projects by serving as the Scrum Lead or coach, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies and maintaining the integrity of the Scrum framework across the team.

- Lead teams to meet project milestones, fostering a culture of continuous delivery and technical excellence within the software development center.

- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a thorough understanding of related tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to track progress, manage backlogs, and generate metrics.

- Focus on improving team performance through coaching, process optimization, and facilitating continuous improvement efforts (retrospectives, learning increments).

Program Management and Strategic Alignment:

- Demonstrate Expertise in Program Management by planning, executing, and monitoring the delivery of multiple, interconnected projects, ensuring solutions are delivered within scope and deadlines.

- Apply Consulting skills to align project delivery with business goals related to taxation compliance and financial services, providing strategic recommendations to leaders.

- Translates strategic objectives into executable work streams, managing dependencies and risks across the program portfolio.

Team Leadership and Communication:

- Exhibit Proven capability in Team Management, including mentoring, guiding, and coordinating diverse, cross-functional team members (developers, analysts, QA) to achieve common goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal development, external compliance teams) and oversee project execution to ensure seamless integration.

- Employ Excellent Communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure high-quality communication with both internal (technical leads) and external (client, stakeholder) teams.

Metrics and Improvement:

Utilize Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time), track performance, and identify areas of improvement in processes and project execution to maintain transparency.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

- Methodology: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies and related tools.

- Management: Expertise in Program Management (planning, execution, delivery).

- Leadership: Proven capability in Team Management (mentoring, coordination).

- Analysis: Strong Analytical Skills (project metrics, performance tracking).

- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
