Qualification - CA. CTC - 15 to 20 lpa Location - Shirwal (45 km from Katraj, Pune) which is 1 hr distance. Will support the WPR controller. Primarily responsible for completion of all formalities/documentation from a 115BAB perspective. Will take on additional responsibilities of Revenue Recognition. from time to time as required Role & Responsibility: a. Direct & Indirect Taxation in India including TDS. b. Sound knowledge of Double Taxation agreements which has an impact on company's business. c. Engage with global tax consultants for local tax compliances in the countries where company has its operations. d. Reasonable knowledge of overseas VAT & methods to ensure that the company does not lose credit of the same. e. Transfer Pricing including attribution studies for "Permanent Establishment." f. Reasonable working knowledge of 115 BAB working for availing tax benefits. g. Ability to evaluate the establishment of overseas structures & its parentage.
