What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Collaborate on all phases of tax assignments from planning to finalization.
- Lead and manage 12 team members within the tax cluster.
- Review and manage US tax returns and supporting work papers as per US Tax Law.
- Handle compliance for Partnerships (Form 1065).
- Serve as the technical SME to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
- Act as the first point of escalation for staff and senior team members.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients to manage expectations and drive satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff throughout engagements.
- Assist senior managers with client delivery and team leadership.
- Evaluate staff performance and contribute to engagement reviews.
- Ensure adherence to firm risk protocols during proposals and engagements.
