Position Summary:

We are seeking a Tax Analyst to support the global tax department in delivering accurate tax provision and ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This role involves close collaboration with global finance and business teams, contributing to strategic tax planning and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and execute the company's tax strategy and tax planning in alignment with global business operations.

- Execute on the global tax vision, ensuring alignment and optimization of internal and external tax resources.

- Assist in implementing strategies to minimize cash taxes and reduce the effective tax rate.

- Support the company's quarterly and annual income tax accounting and reporting process.

- Contribute to the quarterly consolidated worldwide income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.

- Ensure all income tax-related general ledger accounts are accurately recorded and reconciled.

- Support income tax compliance outsourcing for federal, state, and local tax filings.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assess their impact, and provide recommendations to the Tax Manager and leadership.

- Assist in global tax audits, ensuring effective internal coordination.

- Support tax function reporting systems, processes, and related internal controls.

- Contribute to sales/use tax, property tax, and VAT compliance and exposure management.

- Support international tax reporting and BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) initiatives.

- Assist in preparing documentation for intercompany transactions.

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or in a multinational corporate tax accounting role.

- Strong understanding of ASC 740 and FIN 48, along with domestic income tax provisions.

- Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

- Experience with tax returns preparation and tax compliance processes.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global organization across finance and business teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including critical thinking and creativity.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex tax and financial topics clearly.

- Familiarity with international tax reporting and audit support preferred.
