Senior Campaign Manager,
Role Overview:
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be at the heart of designing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
Your responsibility will span from client engagement and strategic planning to real-time performance optimization using advanced tools and analytics.
You will act as the bridge between client expectations and platform capabilities, ensuring that campaign performance aligns tightly with the clients KPIs.
This role demands a mix of analytical acumen, hands-on platform experience, and client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Strategy:- Understand and document client business goals, target audiences, and marketing KPIs.
- Design detailed marketing and media strategies using insights from research, tools, and past campaign data.
- Present plans to clients with clarity and rationale behind every major decision.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, proactively suggesting campaign improvements and industry best practices.
Campaign Design & Execution:- Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns using platforms including DV360, Google Ads (Search/Display/Video), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Campaign Manager.
- Implement trafficking plans and ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
- Oversee floodlight tagging and ensure precise implementation to track user interactions at every key touchpoint.
Optimization & Performance Management:- Continuously monitor live campaign performance and optimize based on CTR, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy refinement.
- Use GA4 and other tools to extract, analyze, and interpret campaign data.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights:- Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track and share campaign performance.
- Deliver performance reviews with actionable insights and future recommendations.
- Share findings with internal teams and clients to fuel strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Management:- Maintain high-touch communication with clients to manage expectations and nurture long-term relationships.
- Liaise with internal creative, analytics, and development teams to align on execution requirements.

Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of executing performance-driven campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.
