We're Hiring: HR Manager

Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 7-10 years

Education: MBA (Human resource preferred)

What You'll Do:

- Drive HR strategy aligned with fast-paced business goals

- Lead full-cycle tech hiring, talent planning & employer branding

- Build robust performance & leadership development systems

- Launch engaging L&D programs across tech & non-tech teams

- Champion employee engagement, morale, and retention

- Own Compensation & Benefits strategy - fair, competitive, and smart

- Ensure flawless HR operations, compliance & legal hygiene

- Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with action, not just intent

Must-Have Skills:

- 7-10 years in HR, including 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role

- Experience in high-growth tech/IT companies

- Strong grasp of HR strategy, performance, culture-building

- Hands-on with KEKA HRMS or similar HR tools

- Exceptional communication, people management & stakeholder skills

- Strategic mindset with tactical execution power

Good to Have:

- Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar (optional but valued)

- Exposure to remote work models, startup scaling, or global teams

- Experience in handling CXO-level HR initiatives

- A background in psychology, OD, or behavioral science is a plus
