Role Overview:


We are looking for a Manager Customer Development to drive consultative sales engagements with enterprise clients within the Martech and analytics ecosystem.


The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading complex sales cycles from discovery to closure.


The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored Martech solutions that address client business challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead discovery-driven sales engagements with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for Martech and analytics solutions.


- Develop strategic business cases and collaborate with clients to build roadmaps that demonstrate value and support deal closures.


- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.


- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to craft customized Martech proposals aligned with client objectives.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers across client organizations.


- Manage and maintain sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM updates to ensure visibility and predictability of revenue.


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide insights to leadership.


- Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to the delivery and implementation teams.


Required Skills and Experience:


- 5 - 7 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within Martech, SaaS, analytics, or digital solutions.


- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with both technical and business leaders.


- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.


- Proven ability to sell solution-based offerings and manage long sales cycles.


- Familiarity with Martech tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, CRO platforms, or similar technologies.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Exposure to solution-selling methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.


- Experience creating customized proposals and ROI-focused pitch decks.


- Background in analytics, performance marketing, digital marketing, or data-driven products.


- Strong consultative mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
