Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.

This role involves a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on implementation, all aimed at achieving exceptional results and driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns that align with brand's strategic objectives, ensuring consistency across offline and online media channels.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to create targeted campaigns that address the unique needs of different customer segments.

Performance and Optimisation:

- Continuously monitor campaign performance, using data insights to adjust strategies and improve results.

- Introduce new channels and innovative approaches to expand reach, improve ROI, and enhance lead generation efforts.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Work closely with the creative, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, driving alignment and fostering a collaborative environment.

Long-Term Campaign Development:

- Create a roadmap of campaigns for the coming quarters, ensuring a balanced mix of brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention initiatives.

- Test and scale emerging platforms and techniques, staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, including large-scale multi-channel initiatives.

- Expertise in both traditional ATL campaigns and cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.

Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret campaign data and refine strategies to achieve superior results.

Leadership and Communication:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

An advanced degree is preferred
