We are looking for a rockstar supply chain & logistics manager/sr. manager to ensure the smooth functioning our supply chain and logistics. In this role, you'll collaborate with other departments, such as Business Development and Finance, to create a streamlined operational process. Responsibilities: - Design and spearhead the implementation of the overall supply chain strategy from the first mile to the last mile. - Liaising with 3PL and different courier partners along with assessment of their regional prowess and calibrating shipment allocation accordingly. - Periodic reporting and reviews with vendors on performance metrics and remove/improve the bad actors in the system. - Identify process improvement and automation opportunities. - Lead expansion of micro-warehousing and fulfilment centres across the country to reduce delivery TAT without pilferage and control returns. - Own stock replenishment, material procurement and resolve all weight and COD discrepancies to ensure a healthy P& L. - Set up a control tower for order verification, NDR management and customer support. - Set operational hygiene with our warehousing partners by ensuring daily stock audits, 0% dispatch breach, 100% attempt before EDD, 100% fill rate etc - Design dashlets and ensure data sanity to give real time visibility of important metrics to the senior leadership. - Lead a high-performance team to deliver operational excellence. What is expected out of you? 1. Prior experience in Operations and Logistics in Ecommerce companies or D2C brands (with inventory management experience) 2. Proficiency in Advanced Excel 3. Multiple Stakeholder management 4. 2-5 years of logistics and operations experience; Graduate/Post-Graduate from a Engineering College or B-School, with supply chain experience across ecommerce/D2C brands (MBA would be good to have but not mandatory) About Traya Health: Traya is India's 1st tele-health D2C brand that provides a personalized holistic treatment for chronic diseases by targeting its root causes.
