3. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Operations & Supply Chain Data Analysis
- Analyze large datasets across operations, logistics, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, cost leakages, and service-level gaps.
- Perform root-cause analysis on key operational KPIs such as TAT, fill rate, inventory turns, demand-supply mismatch, SLA adherence, and forecast accuracy.
2. Actionable Insights & Decision Support
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for operations, supply chain, and business leaders.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and risks, and recommend data-backed improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
3. Dashboards & Business Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards (e.g., MS Power BI) for real-time and periodic tracking of operational and supply-chain performance.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to leadership, functional, and frontline needs.
4. Automated Reporting & Data Pipelines
- Build and maintain automated reporting mechanisms using advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros/VBA), SQL, and Python to minimize manual effort and errors.
- Develop reliable data pipelines, data validation checks, and standardized reporting frameworks.
5. Leadership Reviews & Periodic Reporting
- Create and manage weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership reviews, including executive summaries, insights, and recommendations.
- Support leadership data reviews by preparing deep-dive analyses, variance explanations, and forward-looking metrics.
