Position overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual who will be responsible for building and supervising our ePharmacy operations. The Operations Manager will run and supervise daily operations, automate processes, ensure high and timely delivery rates, and oversee the work of pharmacists to guarantee error-free packing of pills.

- The role will involve problem-solving to streamline our processes and make them more efficient and scalable.

- You will be at the core of our business operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage the ePharmacy operations, similar to PillPack.

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective workflows.

- Automate operational processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.

- Ensure high delivery rates and on-time deliveries.

- Supervise pharmacists and ensure there are no errors in the packing of pills.

- Monitor and improve the quality of operations through regular audits and feedback.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Track and analyze operational performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Manage and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or ePharmacy sector.

- Strong knowledge of operational processes and automation tools.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication skills - both in English and Hindi.

- Self-driven, self-starter with strong ownership of their work.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.

- Experience with quality assurance and compliance in a healthcare setting is a plus.
