TatvaCare is building an integrated healthcare platform across digital therapeutics, assisted pharmacy, diagnostics, clinics, and enterprise partnerships. We operate multiple business units at different stages of maturity and are in a phase where execution speed, cross-team coordination, and clarity of priorities matter more than ideation.

This role exists to make things move.

The Role

We are hiring a Chief of Staff - Strategy & Execution to work closely with the CBO. This is a very hands-on role designed for someone who can think structurally, operate independently, and get into the weeds when required.

You will take ownership of 2-3 business units or strategic initiatives at a time, act as the glue between teams, and ensure plans actually translate into outcomes. This is not a people-management or HR role - it is an execution, problem-solving, and unblock everything role.

What You Will Do

1. Own execution for selected business units

- Act as the single-threaded owner for 2-3 BUs or strategic initiatives. This includes working closely with P&L owners to ensure business objectives are met.

- Translate high-level goals into execution plans, milestones, and clear owners

- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and intervene early to keep things moving

- Step in wherever required - ops, sales coordination, product alignment, or external partners

2. Program-manage cross-functional initiatives

- Run initiatives that cut across teams (Sales, Ops, Product, Marketing, Partnerships)

- Ensure decisions are made, documented, and followed through

- Reduce back-and-forth, ambiguity, and dropped balls

- Drive initiatives from concept - pilot - scale

3. Be highly hands-on with analysis and decks

Build decks, narratives, and working documents for:

- Senior leadership reviews

- External partners (hospitals, pharma, insurers)

- Internal strategy and planning discussions

- Pull data, structure problems, and create clarity - even if inputs are messy

- No delegation-first mindset - you are expected to do the work yourself initially

4. Work closely with CBO

- Act as an extension of the PMO in driving priority initiatives

- Support the CBO with execution tracking, initiative reviews, and decision prep

- Pressure-test ideas, highlight risks, and flag trade-offs early

- Ensure alignment between strategic intent and ground reality

5. Unblock whatever is needed

- Identify where things are slowing down - people, process, or incentives

- Step in to resolve dependencies across teams

- Escalate thoughtfully when needed, with solutions in hand

- Create lightweight systems that prevent the same issues from recurring

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

- 2-3 business units or initiatives moving with clear ownership and momentum

- Fewer things bouncing back unresolved to senior leadership

- Cleaner execution plans and better follow-through across teams

- Leadership trusts you to "take this and run with it"

- Decisions turn into action faster, with less noise and confusion

Who You Are:

Background

3-5 years of experience in:

- Consulting (strategy, ops, transformation), and/or Startup operator roles with real execution exposure

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch

- Healthcare or healthtech experience is helpful but not mandatory

How You Work

- Extremely hands-on - happy to build decks, trackers, and analyses yourself

- Strong problem structuring and first-principles thinking

- High ownership mindset - you don't wait for perfect inputs

- Able to influence without formal authority

- Calm under pressure and effective in messy, fast-moving environments

Communication

- Clear, crisp written and verbal communication

- Can hold their own with senior stakeholders

- Knows how to push without being abrasive
