Tatvacare - Business Manager - Institutional

About the role :

TatvaCare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager (Institutional) to drive the adoption of our Healthcare SaaS and Hospital Information Management (HIMS) platform across hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate clinic chains.

The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in the assigned region.

What you will do :

- Drive end-to-end institutional sales from lead generation to closure.

- Acquire hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate clinics for TatvaCare's SaaS platform.

- Achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.

- Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.

- Drive team productivity through regular coaching, field accompaniment, and performance reviews.

- Build relationships with hospital management, doctors, administrators, and key decision-makers.

- Gather market feedback and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams for continuous improvement.

- Represent TatvaCare in customer meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 6 - 9 years of Sales/Business Development experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital-focused sales, Healthcare IT, HIMS, EMR/EHR, or Healthcare SaaS solutions.

- Prior experience in team handling, hiring, and managing distributed sales teams is preferred.

- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Willingness to travel extensively and engage customers on the field.
