Position: HR Head Generalist | Location: Gurgaon | Reporting to: CEO   As the Head of HR in Elementia Wellness you will help create a culture and a company that can be a future benchmark of HR practices in Hospitality. Human resources development & management being a key function in the organisation, you will be keenly involved in the development of the business plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people. You will build our corporate value system and maintain the happiness of our team. You will make Elementia the preferred spa company in the country.   Organizational Culture   - Lead the identification, communication and socialization of company values   - Develop and execute culture imbibing activities  Talent Acquisition, Management and Retention  - Conducting campus placements  - Handling vendor utilization for lower management and off-roll positions  - Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidate’s credentials & career expectations  - Negotiating salaries, generating offer letters and managing post offer documentation  - Generating consistent weekly & monthly recruitment reports  - Ensuring maintenance of identified and agreed attrition levels  Learning and Development:   - Developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement  - Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of & handling role analysis along with Competency Mapping  - Expanding Training Modules on the basis of TNI (Training Need Identification) exercises conducted  - Coordinating for successful completion of Monthly Training Calendars & OD Initiatives   - Conducting Functional & Behavioral Training Programs  - Establishing projects as a source of Learning & Knowledge Enrichment  Performance Management:   - Collating and preparing reports for appraisal system as per performance review and development plan / based on KRA / other modules of appraisals.   - Drafting the confirmation / revision / increment / promotion letters according to the rating of appraisal system  - Identifying best practices, developing and implementing standardized metrics, leveraging best and cost effective use of technology  - Developing reward and recognition plans and activities  Employee Relations:   - Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances   - Maintaining cordial employee relations  - Maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels  - Enhancing Employee Support through Friendly & Accessible Systems/Processes  Desired Skills and Experience   - You will have a Bachelor's’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification in HR and 4 to 8 years of experience   - You will be keen to learn, highly creative and unique in your approach to implementing HR strategies   - Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments at the most senior levels of an organisation  - Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment   - Should be able to think unconventionally, outside of the regular  - Execution oriented – getting things done on ground. Has a go-getter attitude.   - Experience in leading HR function in fast growing F&B / hospitality sector (Lemon Tree, Sarovar, Café Coffee Day, Costa Coffee, Pizza Hut, Speciality Restaurants etc.) will be a plus  - You might not satisfy all the above criteria but still feel that the fire in your belly will make-up for most of the above.
