Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Area Sales Manager Agency Digital to manage and grow strategic digital partnerships across FinTech, Online Travel Aggregators, and E-Commerce segments.
The role involves key account management, digital business development, and product-market fit alignment for General Insurance (GI) products.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, digital sales expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end digital integration with partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Account Management
- Achieve assigned business targets through mapped partnerships.
- Ensure overall business hygiene, partner satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify opportunities for incremental business.
Product & Customer Alignment
- Understand customer requirements and ensure alignment with GI product offerings (Motor,
Travel, Extended Warranty, Accident & Health).
- Support digital-first product positioning and integration.
Business Development
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and close new digital initiatives.
Digital Integration
Required Expertise
- Strong understanding of General Insurance products and their digital applicability.
- Proven experience in business development / digital sales, ideally in FinTech, e-commerce, or online aggregator ecosystems.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with tech integrations in partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience, depending on band fit (Band 3/4)
