Location: Gurgaon
- Define solution architecture, logic, and implementation strategy.
- Ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance of in-house Gen AI solutions.
Vendor-Driven Solutions:
- Draft clear project briefs (problem statement, success metrics, one-pagers).
- Review and challenge vendor solution architectures for alignment with Tata 1mgs standards.
- Track progress, validate accuracy, and establish governance frameworks.
- Ensure vendors deliver with efficiency, accountability, and transparency.
Team Leadership (10%):
- Support team acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Mentor and guide team members on Gen AI initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and outcome-driven culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions across functions to ensure tangible value creation.
What we are looking for:
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with model integration, prompt engineering, and scaling AI solutions.
- Ability to critically evaluate vendor solution architectures.
Program & Vendor Management:
- Proven experience leading technology/vendor-driven projects.
- Skilled at defining success metrics, tracking execution, and ensuring vendor accountability.
- Strong governance and compliance orientation.
- Excellent communication skills to align with leadership and business stakeholders.
