Role Details : Role - Senior Manager - Enterprise Applications Location - Mumbai Who can Apply - Employees / Consultants Appraiser Head - Information Technology Reviewer - Chief Digital and Information Officer Brief Job Description : 1 Develop and maintain technology architecture roadmap, models and governance (current and target) including Enterprise architecture and Integration architecture in alignment with IT Strategy for all Enterprise Applications. 2 Maintain an enterprise-wide view to ensure IT projects deliver their total potential value and are woven into the overall Trusts' strategy and objectives. 3 Manage application project leads to ensure high quality and timely delivery of applications and integration components as per Trusts' objectives. 4 Act as approval authority for solutions and any changes proposed to existing Architecture with respect to Enterprise Applications. 5 Study data elements and data flow across the organization design, oversee development and maintain enterprise-wide data platform to facilitate easy data access across the organization. 6 Identify reporting needs across functions, design, oversee development and maintain business intelligence & management reports. 7 Develop, implement, and maintain technology standards and principles. 8 Manage supplier and vendor relationships effectively. 9 Manage overall budgets and financials for applications assigned. 10 Ensure all implementations have adequate security capabilities implemented and regularly upgraded 11 Work with Programmatic applications head to drive synergies and derive maximum value out of implementations across segments 12 Deliver MIS and analytics needs of the organization using user friendly tools. Job Specifications : Knowledge: - IT Strategy Development - IT Innovation Management, Supplier and Customer Relationship Management, Financial Management - Enterprise Architecture Plan - Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management including Agile methodology Competencies & Skills: - Deciding and initiating action - Leading and supervising - Analyzing - Formulating strategies and concepts - Planning and organizing Experience: - Overall, 16 - 18 years of experience in the industry with a minimum of 10+ years of experience covering delivery management of larger programs, preferably in Financial Management, Grant Management, ERP, Data/Analytics platform implementations involving complex integrations. - Exposure to implementations in large Non-Profits will be an advantage Qualification: - BE / BTech / MTech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, another related discipline, or relevant experience.
