Key Responsibilities:
Business & Revenue Management:
- Drive revenue and profitability targets for the assigned zone through channel partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets across all product lines.
- Analyze performance metrics, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Channel Partner Development:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, system integrators, and resellers to expand regional market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with channel policies.
- Enable partners through regular training, performance reviews, and incentive programs.
- Ensure consistent partner engagement through marketing, joint initiatives, and business planning sessions.
People Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Channel Managers and Account Managers to deliver on business goals.
- Drive performance through effective goal setting, regular reviews, and mentoring.
- Foster a culture of ownership, customer focus, and ethical conduct.
Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success for seamless execution of channel programs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, commercial frameworks, and contractual commitments.
- Drive operational efficiency in sales processes, order management, and partner enablement.
Market Intelligence & Customer Focus:
- Track competition activities, market shifts, and emerging technologies to guide channel strategy.
- Gather customer insights through partners to help shape product positioning and service improvements.
- Ensure superior customer experience through proactive partner engagement and service delivery alignment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 1015 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in Telecom, ICT, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Proven experience in managing multi-tier channel networks and achieving revenue targets across regions.
- Strong understanding of connectivity, cloud, IoT, and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage high-performance teams.
- High degree of customer orientation and result-driven mindset.
