Description:

Key Responsibilities:


- Tracking and reconciliation of all BillDesk transactions related to customer collections.

- Perform BillDesk and bank reconciliations for all collection bank accounts within defined timelines.

- Manage clearing account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of open items.

- Coordinate with IT and internal teams for resolution of discrepancies or pending transactions in clearing accounts.

- Support the implementation of Lower Tax Deduction Certificates (LTDC) and ensure compliance with applicable tax provisions.

- Prepare periodic reports and reconciliations to support management reviews and audits.

- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all reconciliations and adjustments.

- Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives within the revenue accounting and collection domain.

- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable Advanced


- Knowledge of SAP FICO Intermediate to Advanced

- Excel Skills (Controlling & Reporting Packs) Advanced

- PowerPoint (PPT) Skills Intermediate

Qualification & Experience:

- Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

- Experience: 46 years of relevant experience in collection accounting, revenue accounting, or finance controllership.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAPFICO and reconciliation processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting and presentation.

- Exposure to telecom / service industry finance processes will be an added advantage.
