Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Management:

- Plan and manage material ordering based on consumption trends, forecasts, and upcoming projects.

- Coordinate with Suppliers, OEMs, and SCM teams for timely material availability and distribution.

- Oversee material distribution, redistribution, and consumption tracking through SAP / project / customer orders.

- Conduct inventory ageing analysis and implement control measures to minimize obsolescence.

- Manage recovered material testing, repair, refurbishment, and reuse in ongoing and new projects.

- Drive asset retrieval and reuse across churned or upgraded network sites.

- Coordinate retrieval operations with NOC, Circle Teams, and Agencies, and ensure proper warehouse submissions.

2. Project Management:

- Lead end-to-end project execution-from planning and scheduling to approvals and final delivery.

- Coordinate closely with SCM, OEM, NOC, Field Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for seamless execution.

- Track project progress, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and RFS (Ready for Service) milestones.

- Perform post-launch analysis on project performance covering schedule, quantity, and cost KPIs.

- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.

3. Estate Management:

- Oversee Non-IP site management, including property owner agreements, renewals, and property tax compliance (for select states).

- Ensure timely ROW (Right of Way) and Security Deposit / Bank Guarantee refunds from Railways, Municipal bodies, and other local agencies.

- Manage national and central contracts with builders, government agencies, DIPA, COAI, and other industry associations.

- Provide support in escalated cases related to PROW, hotels, hospitals, or special sites.

- Ensure all properties have valid ITES certifications and meet statutory and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Project Management (MBA preferred).

- 12-18 years of experience in telecom / network infrastructure project management, service delivery, and material management.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale multi-location projects with cross-functional teams.

- Strong knowledge of SAP systems, SCM processes, vendor management, and telecom infrastructure operations.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.

- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across corporate, regional, and field teams.
