Head - Pre-Sales (Cloud & Platform Solutions)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head - Pre-Sales (Cloud & Platform Solutions) to lead our pre-sales efforts for our cutting-edge cloud and platform offerings. This pivotal leadership role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by shaping compelling solutions, empowering our sales teams, and acting as a key technical and strategic advisor to our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Solutioning & Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex, integrated cloud and platform solutions that address the unique digital transformation needs of large enterprises, aligning with TTBS's extensive ICT portfolio.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Provide expert technical and strategic pre-sales support to the direct sales teams, including developing solution proposals, conducting technical presentations, and leading deep-dive discussions with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of pre-sales solution architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Market & Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the evolving cloud and platform landscape, competitive offerings, and TTBS's full suite of services (connectivity, collaboration, cloud, security, IoT, marketing solutions).
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Proof of Concepts and pilot projects to demonstrate solution capabilities and value to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into technical requirements and compelling solution roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, sales, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, successful implementation, and continuous product improvement based on market feedback.
- Thought Leadership: Represent TTBS at industry events, conferences, and contribute to whitepapers or articles, establishing the company as a leader in digital transformation.
What You Must Have:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles within the ICT, cloud, or enterprise software domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and positioning cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and other platform-based services.
- Proven track record of success in supporting enterprise-level sales cycles and closing complex deals.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing technical pre-sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of connectivity, collaboration, security, IoT, and marketing solutions, and how they integrate with cloud platforms.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology solutions with broader business objectives.
