What's it all about?
Build a platform-led growth engine across Tata Tele's digital properties (Web, App, Marketplace, Smartflo) by embedding contextual product discovery, cross-sell, and referral journeys across the customer lifecycle. Convert customer experience touchpoints into revenue opportunities and customer lifetime value expansion. We are looking for a DGM who can combine product thinking with growth strategy and execution to drive monetization across digital platforms.
This role will design and scale cross-sell journeys, product discovery frameworks, and growth experiments, working closely with CX, Product, Digital, and Business teams.
- Product Discovery & Customer Journeys- Embed intelligent product discovery across onboarding, usage, billing, and support journeys- Integrate connectivity, cloud, and SaaS offerings into lifecycle journeys
- Platform Growth Experiments
Run structured experiments on:
- Offers
- Bundles
- Recommendations
- Upgrade journeys
- Optimize conversion, adoption, and engagement metrics
Referral & Ecosystem Monetization:
- Build and scale referral programs and partner ecosystem offers- Unlock additional revenue streams across platforms
CX + Revenue Integration:
- Align growth initiatives with customer journeys and experience design
- Ensure monetization does not compromise CX
- Increased multi-product adoption across SME base
- Improved platform engagement and feature discovery
- Transformation of platforms from service interface - growth engine
- Should be Customer-centric: empathetic and curious with an ability to internalize the point of view of our customer and exhaustively represent their wants, needs and pain points
- Forward thinker:- should have the aptitude for creative and innovative thinking and analysis
