The Context / Purpose of the Job: The candidate should have in-depth knowledge on best available technology for industrial & domestic wastewater treatment process and various advanced zero liquid discharge technology, thermal process, and its engineering aspects. Job responsibilities : Overall objective of the role: 1. The candidate should have ability for selection and preparation of specification of equipment like clarifier, API, TPI, DAF, sand filters, DAF ultrafiltration, pumps, dosing system, RO, preparation of process flow diagram, water balance diagram, mass balance checking of equipment drawing and data sheet etc. 2. Design of various reactors of biological waste water treatment like, CAS, MBR, MBBR etc. 3. Analysis of process upsets failure and trouble shooting. 4. AutoCad proficiency, preparation of layout and detail drawings. 5. Review of design of suppliers and equipment data. Major tasks & responsibilities: 1. Preparation of Design Basis report of wastewater treatment 2. Development of process/Selection and evaluation of technology for wastewater treatment 3. Preparation of technical specification and evaluation and selection of vendor/technology supplier. 4. Checking of equipment drawing and data sheet for selected technology. Industry - Steel, Oil & Gas, Cement , Constructions & Consultancies.
