Job Summary and Mission:
The Senior Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, supply chain operations, warehousing, and distribution activities across the country. This role requires strategic leadership in supply planning, process adherence, and analytics to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. The incumbent will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and harness data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Supply & Demand Planning: Develop and oversee demand forecasts, inventory plans, and supply schedules to meet sales targets and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage warehouse operations, and distribution networks, ensuring seamless flow of goods nationwide.
- Warehouse & Distribution Management: Optimize warehouse operations, stock management, and distribution routes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Process Adherence: Enforce standard operating procedures and best practices across all supply chain and logistics functions to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demands, monitor KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop planning, logistics, and operations teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely deliveries.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to streamline processes, adopt new technologies, and improve overall supply chain resilience.
- Budget Management: Manage operating budgets, costs, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 8+ years of experience in retail supply chain, planning, or logistics, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial leadership role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of process improvement and cost optimization.
