Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Work Experience - 8-12 years of experience in real estate management, property development, or a related field, preferably in the retail or QSR industry.
- Industry Experience - Proven experience in real estate support roles with a focus on strategic market analysis and lease management.
Detailed Job Description:
Strategic Support:
- Support the Real Estate Team in analyzing Market Holding Capacity to facilitate decision-making for new store openings (NSO).
- Coordinate with the Network Planning Analyst and Operations teams to share insights and learnings with the Real Estate team.
- Collaborate with the Finance business partner to share intelligence on occupancy cost learnings and their impact on strategic planning.
Execution:
- Lead and manage all lease renewals, ensuring timely and cost-effective negotiations as renewal volumes increase year over year.
- Handle renegotiations and relocations of store leases to optimize occupancy costs and align with strategic business objectives.

- Real Estate Management: Extensive experience in real estate management, including lease renewals, renegotiations, and relocations.
- Market Analysis: Strong ability to analyze market data and collaborate with network planning and operations teams for strategic decision-making.
