What are we looking for

- 3-4 years of experience in corporate Communication, brand marketing or related roles.


- Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.


- Strong expertise in media planning and buying across multiple channels.


- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, AI-driven content creation, and analytics.


- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.


- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.


- Should be able to work with cross-functional teams.


You would be responsible for

- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and launch campaigns to boost brand visibility and market awareness.


- Utilize AI-generated content to speed up content creation, enhance brand presence, and engage audiences across digital platforms.


- Design, develop and implement a various external program in discussion with the business team ensuring smooth last-mile adoption of the products.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Brand Playbook to ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

- Conduct strategic market immersions to gather insights, evaluate brand presence, and refine marketing strategies based on consumer behaviour and channel effectiveness.


- Represent the brand at industry and trade events to enhance visibility, foster B2B relationships, and position the assigned brand as a thought leader.

- Plan, negotiate, and execute media planning & buying across TV, Print, Digital, and Outdoor platforms with the media agency to maximize campaign reach, optimize budgets, and ensure effective brand communication.
