Job Description - Product Manager Tata Digital is seeking a Product Manager to help launch new products and drive growth in Payments and Financial Services. As part of the Payment / Financial Services team, you will need to create and deliver new age consumer-first fintech products. Experience range: - Associate Product Manager (2-4 years) - Product Manager (4-6 years) - Senior Product Manager (6-8 years) Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon Desired Attributes: - Experience working in the Fintech space and on digital B2C products. - Analytical: Should be comfortable working with data and gathering insights. - Basic understanding of regulations and guidelines pertaining to the domain. - Should have a post-graduate/MBA degree from a tier 1 institution. - Experience in one of the leading products, financial services, or fintech companies relevant to the role (e.g. lending, insurance, credit cards, payments, etc.). - Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills are essential for the role. Roles & Responsibilities : - End-to-end ownership of the product: proposition, pricing, journey, development, integration, GTM, and acquisition - Keep up to date with developments in the Financial services product space. - Ideate new products, services, and offerings that provide excellent customer proposition and experience. - Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour via research. - Work with UX team to create customer journey on channels. - Lead development with technology team in agile development framework. - Liaison with internal/external stakeholders - Launch one or more businesses under financial services for Tata Digital - Work closely with other product teams to increase sales. - Work with leading businesses and partners to co-create new products. - Own the entire business on the platform. - Work closely with internal technology teams to launch and enhance modules. - Stay abreast with latest guidelines and industry trends in financial services.
