- Lead data science and solution design for sales and marketing analytics programs.
- Drive customer and channel analytics initiatives to support business growth.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and technology stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business priorities.
- Translate complex technological interventions into clear business use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strategic thinking and execution rigor.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of The Role : Technical + Functional knowledge in Sales & Marketing domain
Details of The Project :
- Developing advanced analytics products: Building and maintaining machine learning models for tasks like lead scoring, customer segmentation, and personalized product recommendations.
- Optimizing marketing campaigns: Leveraging AI to perform real-time optimization of ad spend, channel selection, and content personalization to maximize ROI.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives: Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to ensure analytics projects are aligned with overall company goals and are delivered effectively.
Must-Have:
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI/ML models in marketing use cases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern data architectures (data lake, lakehouse) and Martech Implementations (Adobe, Salesforce etc)
- Ability to partner with marketing, and technology stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business priorities.
Good-to-Have:
- Manage master data management (MDM), data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the MarTech data stack (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, campaign management tools, digital analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of BI & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
