About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Strategist to drive and monitor the structured execution of our business strategies across various units, functions, and accounts. This is a highly tactical role where you will play a key part in shaping the direction of our operating plans. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate long-term business goals into a detailed, actionable roadmap, ensuring the successful execution of our strategy and directly impacting our mid-term results.

You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities):

- Market and Competitor Analysis: Review external market trends, analyse analyst reports, and conduct competitor benchmarking on financials and operational aspects (e.g., network spending and customer base).

- Performance Monitoring: Analyse internal performance factors, including product mix, sales-ECV/MRC ratios, and target-vs-actual revenue numbers.

- Strategy and Planning: Conduct industry analysis and scenario development. Develop business cases for new region/product/service entry strategies, value proposition analysis, and go-to-market plans.

- Program Management and Execution: Prioritize operational areas for immediate intervention and design strategic frameworks to drive growth. Build a detailed roadmap with business teams, advise on strategic implications, and ensure an actionable project deployment plan is created.

- Governance and Monitoring: Lead program governance to ensure all quantitative and operational factors are considered and financial targets are met. Monitor project plans for adherence to timelines, scope, and budget, and take corrective action when necessary.

- Corporate Development: Lead and facilitate the evaluation of M&A opportunities. Research the external environment to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Innovation: Drive innovation across the organization by developing external partnerships and leading internal initiatives to incubate new ideas.

Key Qualification & Experience:

- 4-8 years of experience in either corporate strategy or strategy consulting.

- A Master's degree in Business Management with a specialization in General Management, Finance, or Strategy, preferably from a top-tier business school.
